Implementation Project Manager

 

Home Care Connect seeks an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join its growing team. An effective collaborator is needed within a strong team environment, leading, and organizing the production of high-quality proposals. The position is responsible for the successful onboarding and implementation of all new clients, supporting the national account management team, and managing special projects.

 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the planning, organization, and production of dynamic, compliant, high-quality presentation proposals, RFP's, RFI, RFQ, and supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate, coordinate, and participate in kick-off meetings and proposal production activities.
  • Maintain the proposal tracking database, researching all requirements in the proposal documents, and coordinating and developing all factual written responses with a high attention to detail.
  • Develop proposals including written composition of technical and non-technical proposal content and narratives utilizing effective graphic design techniques.
  • Participate in team alignment meetings and strategy discussions to clarify scope of work, gain insights into the business opportunity, understand key messages/differentiators, pricing, and develop winning themes.
  • Coordinate, review, and edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Conduct final QA/QC check, proofread for grammar and compliance to client requests.
  • Responsible for the ownership of the proposal for its entire lifecycle, including the onboarding of new client into the CareLink system.
  • Responsible for successful onboarding/implementing of all new clients. Guide and coordinate the client implementation rollout process, including requirements gathering, coordinating and facilitating internally within the departments, and externally with the clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Work closely with the new clients and internally across multiple functional areas ensuring an efficient, streamlined, extraordinary client experience.
  • Contribute toward and support continuous improvement to enhance current processes and systems
  • Utilize and enhance current onboarding methodology to ensure an excellent client experience.
  • Work with the national account management team to support them with client presentations and other projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Workers' compensation industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with others and collaborate in a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills; effectively manage deliverables to multiple internal clients
  • Strong organization skills; able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects, and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Expertise in proposal writing/document development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat DC Professional, InDesign, or other related software
  • Proven skills in producing and editing proposal/document content within a complex environment
  • Ability to understand and respond to complex technical questions succinctly
  • Ability to write succinctly and boil complex ideas down into simple explanations
  • Ensure all proposal sections use consistent language and read as one-voice
  • Ability to create graphics and visuals for certain projects
  • Extreme focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency of work
  • Ability to build and foster effective internal and external cross-functional relationships

 

 

Physical Demands:

While performing duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, talk/hear, see, regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
