Clinical Coordinator Assistant (Bilingual)

 

Home Care Connect, LLC, based in Winter Park, FL, serves its clients nationally with a comprehensive range of home health services, durable medical equipment, and medical supplies. Home Care Connect currently seeks an experienced CNA or CMA for the role of Clinical Coordinator Assistant. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Clinical Coordinator to complete daily tasks to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Update and file patients' medical records
  • Obtain appointment information
  • Handle correspondence
  • Order supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Obtain lab results from vendor agencies
  • Confirm receipt of authorization from vendor

 

Experience:

  • Workers Comp knowledge and experience strongly preferred
  • Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
